摘要
采用静态挂片试验、动电位极化曲线试验研究了碳钢在模拟海水中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,Cl^-对腐蚀的影响最大,且腐蚀速度随着Cl^-浓度的增大先增大后减小,腐蚀形式主要为孔蚀;电极过程表现为阳极的极化率较小,阴极腐蚀过程的速度由氧的扩散过程所控制,腐蚀主要是氧的去极化所致。
The corrosion behavior of carbon steel in simulate seawater was studied by static coupon weight loss and polarization curve methods. Results showed that the influence of Cl- on the corrosion is the greatest and the corrosion rate increased firstly then decreased with the increasing of C1- content, the pitting was the main forms of corrosion; the anodic polarization is weak and the rate of cathodic corrosion process was controlled by oxygen diffusion process, the corrosion is almost caused by the depolarization of dissolved oxygen.
