摘要 提出了一种在合并单元内通过逻辑判别机制控制母线电压并列与切换的方法。电压并列与切换是单母分段或双母线接线变电站中保证供电可靠性的重要手段,基于常规变电站中电压并列与切换的模拟逻辑电路,给出了一种在数字化变电站中通过判别相关刀闸的位置状态控制电压并列与切换,并在故障时发送告警信息的方案。该方案根除了常规变电站中硬件并列或切换装置由于继电器辅助接点接触不良而带来的一系列问题,避免了利用微机保护完成软并列或切换时对保护硬件资源的占用,实现了系统功能构架的模块化。设计了一种基于FPGA与ARM的合并单元样机,在FPGA中通过预先设定的逻辑判别机制实现二次电压的并列与切换,仿真结果验证了方案的正确性和可行性。 This paper presents the design of logical control strategy parallel and switch are effective operations to ensure the reliability of voltage parallel and voltage switch in merging unit. Voltage of power supply in single busbar or double busbar connected substation. Based on the analog logic circuits for voltage parallel and switch in conventional substation, a corresponding method for digital substation is proposed, which controls voltage parallel or switch by discriminating logical relations among switches and sends alarm information when fault occurs. The method eradicates a series of problems caused by the poor connections of relay's auxiliary contacts, leaves more resource space for microcomputer protection, and contributes to the functional partitioning of system. The logical control strategy is implemented in a model merging unit based on FPGA, and its validity and feasibility are verified bv simulated result~
