摘要
概要介绍了母联断路器在系统中的作用及在与母联断路器相关位置发生系统故障时继电保护应有的动作行为,针对母联安全性问题提出了相应的保护解决方案,包括母联死区保护、母联充电保护、母联失灵保护、母联CT断线保护等。介绍不同母线接线方式下的死区保护方案及异常情况特殊保护处理方法;针对传统方案和遵循'六统一'设计的系统,分别阐述了充电保护方案及不同的失灵保护方法。在母联失灵保护方案中谈到了六统一设计规范下一种因跳母联不经电压闭锁而有可能误启动母联失灵的概率事件。论述了母联CT断线后母线保护的运行方式自适应的调整方案。
This paper summarizes the function of bus-tie circuit breaker in the system and the necessary action of relay when system fault occurs at the place relative to the bus-tie circuit breaker. It introduces the solutions of the security of bus-tie including dead band protection of bus-tie, charging protection of bus-tie, bus-tie failure protection, bus-tie CT breaking protection, etc. It introduces the actions in dead band with different bus connections, and the special solutions of dead band protection when it is abnormal. Aiming to the traditional charging protection scheme and the new "Six Unite" charging protection scheme, the charging protection scheme and different failure protection schemes are elaborated. One kind of probable bus-tie breaker failure action logic because of bus-tie tripping without voltage interlock in the bus-tie breaker failure scheme is mentioned. At last, it points out bus protection's adjusting scheme when bus-tie CT break occurs.
