大学行政化的外在表现及其危害

Manifestations and Harm of University Administrativization

近10余年,大学的行政化有加剧的趋势。行政化对大学造成了极大的伤害已是不争的事实,两者之间存在着逻辑必然性。行政化必然使大学异质化,导致大学核心价值的转移,使大学权力发生错位,最终必然导致学术腐败。然而,大学去行政化改革存在着有法不依的障碍,既得利益者的阻挠,观念上的偏差,态度上的消极等待等问题。大学去行政化的改革势在必行,并且改革越早、越彻底,中国大学才越有可能回到健康发展的道路上来。

The latest decade has witnessed an increasing tendency in the domain of university administrativization. It becomes an undisputable fact that administrativization has caused considerable damage to universities. Meanwhile, there exists a logical inevitability between university administrativization and its harm. Administrativization will undoubtedly lead to university＇s heterogenization, the transfer of university＇s core values, the derangement of the power in universities, and academic plagiarism eventually. Although the reform of university administrativization is imperative under the present situation, there exists the barrier, such as failure to abide by the law, deviation of ideas, and passive attitude. Anyway, the earlier and more completely the reform is enacted, the more likely Chinese universities can enjoy the reverse to the road of healthy development.
