摘要 目前,变电站接地线管理中存在诸多问题,传统的人工汇报方式容易导致临时接地线误接、误拆、漏接、漏拆等电力事故发生。提出一种由五防主机、临时接地线管理机、临时接地线闭锁器组成的临时接地线管理系统。其中,五防主机通过与临时接地线管理机通信,对地线进行解锁和闭锁的管理,保存相应的操作记录,且可以直观显示接地线的状态。接地线管理机本身能够授权不同权限的IC卡来管理相应的用户,实现了对临时接地线的科学、有效管理。 In view of the problems existing in grounding line management and the status quo of frequent occurrence of faults with the traditional manual reporting methods, such as temporary grounding line erroneous connection, erroneous removal, failure to connect, and failure to remove, an integrated temporary grounding line management system is presented, which is composed of the five-precaution host machine, the temporary grounding management machine, and the temporary grounding locking device. Through five-precaution host machine communication with the management of the temporary grounding line, the grounding line can be unlocked and locked, the operating records can be saved appropriately, and the grounding state can be visually displayed. The grounding line management host machine itself can authorize IC cards with different authorities to manage the corresponding IC card users to realize scientific and effective management of the temporary grounding line.
