摘要
为建立高效再生体系,提高遗传转化效率,从鹰嘴豆再生体系与遗传转化两个方面阐述其研究进展,并对目前转化中遇到的植株再生频率低和转化率低或得不到转化体的原因及解决方法进行了讨论并提出了展望。
In order to establish high efficiency plant regeneration system and improve the genetic transformation efficiency of chickpea,this article introduced the study progresses from plant regeneration system and genetic transformation of chickpea.Then,the causes of major obstacles that low frequency and low transformation rate of plant regeneration and its corresponding solutions were discussed,and the prospects were proposed.
