3个不同种源地三叶青酯酶同工酶比较研究

Comparison between Esterase Isozyme in Radix Tetrastigmae from Three Provenances

采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板不连续凝胶电泳技术,对湖南湘西3个不同种源地的三叶青的酯酶同工酶进行了比较分析。结果表明3,个不同种源地的三叶青酯酶同工酶谱带均含有2条共同的谱带;同一种源地的三叶青酯酶同工酶酶谱具有一定的器官特异性和稳定性;同一种源地的三叶青茎、叶组织中酯酶的表达都有一定的差异。不同种源地三叶青的亲缘关系为:小猫儿村三叶青与州党校三叶青的亲缘关系较近,与永顺三叶青的亲缘关系较远。

The characters of esterase isozyme in Radix Tetrastigmae from three provenances of Xiangxi in Hunan province were analyzed and compared by using technique of vertical slab polyacrylamide discontinuous gel eleetrophoresis. The results showed that the bands of esterase isozyme in Radix Tetrastignu~ from three provenances all had two common bands; the zymogram of esterase isozyme in Radix Tetrastignu~ from the same provenance had certain organ specificity and stability; the expressions of esterase in stem and leaf of different varieties of Radix Tetrastigmae from the same provenance had certain differences; the relationships among Radix Tetrastigmae varieties from three provenances were as follows： the Radix Tetrastigmae from the Xiaomao＇er village was closer with that from Zhoudangxiao, and far off with that from Yongshun.
