基于改进生产函数模型的产业集聚效应分析

Analysis of Agglomeration Effect for Industry Based on Modified Production Function Model

对已有集聚效应测度模型进行了分析,提出了改进的集聚效应模型,并应用该模型对河南省、郑州市和新郑市产业集聚效应进行了实证分析。结果表明,资本、产业用地、劳动力是对产业集聚效应贡献最大的3种投入生产要素,其中产业用地的贡献率正不断调高,对所属区域产业集聚效应的贡献将会不断上升,其作用将会越来越明显。同时,劳动力作为一种可塑性生产要素,如何提高劳动力素质和科学合理安排劳动力在产业中的分布也将成为需要政府、企业等各方慎重考虑的问题。

The analysis was conducted to the measurement model of agglomeration effect already have now,then a modified agglomeration effect model was proposed,and it was applied to analyze the agglomeration effect of industry in Xinzheng City.The results showed that the capital,the industrial land and the labor are the three input factors of production that have the greatest contribution for industrial agglomeration effect,in which the contribution rate of industrial land is continuously increasing,so the contribution of it for industrial agglomeration effect in belonged area also is continuously increasing,and its effect will be more and more obvious.Meanwhile,how to improve the quality of labor force and how to scientifically arrange the distribution of labor force in industry are the problems that government and enterprises should be considered carefully.
