玉米DDGS的营养成分测定及其相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 采集不同地区的10份玉米酒糟及其残液干燥物(DDGS),测定其物理性状、营养成分,并进行各指标间相关性分析。结果表明,一定范围内,DDGS颜色越深,可溶干酒精糟(DDS)含量越高。DDS与粗灰分之间存在极显著正相关(p<0.01),DDS与粗脂肪之间存在显著性负相关(p<0.05)。中性洗涤纤维(NDF)与赖氨酸之间存在显著性正相关(p<0.05)。 Ten samples of corn distillers dried grains with soluble(DDGS) were sampled from different areas,the physics traits and nutrient components of each sample were tested and their correlation between each index was analyzed.The results indicated that within a certain range,distillers dried soluble(DDS) increased when the color of DDGS was deep;DDS showed extremely significant positive correlation with crude ash(P0.01) and significant negative correlation with crude fat(P0.05);neutral detergent fiber(NDF) showed significant positive correlation with lysine(P0.05).
