锌源及锌水平对肉仔鸡血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Different-sources Zinc and Zinc Levels on Serum Biochemical Index of Broiler Chicken

为了探讨在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加锌源和锌水平对肉仔鸡血清总蛋白、白蛋白和碱性磷酸酶的影响,采用2×4因子试验设计,选用硫酸锌和蛋氨酸锌2种锌源,306、0、90、120 mg/kg 4个添加水平,构成8种试验日粮。将1日龄AA肉仔鸡384只,随机分为8个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复12只。试验结果表明:锌源和锌水平对血清总蛋白、白蛋白和碱性磷酸酶活性影响差异不显著(p>0.05)。

To investigate the effects of different-sources zinc and zinc levels on serum total protein,serum albumin and alkaline phosphatase of broiler chicken,2×4 factorial design and 384 one-day old AA broiler chickens were chosen to conduct experiment,in which zinc methionine and zinc sulfate were respectively supplemented at 30 mg/kg,60 mg/kg,90 mg/kg and 120 mg/kg levels to make eight different diets,and broiler chickens were grouped randomly to eight dietary groups with four duplicates,each duplicate has 12 broiler chickens.The results indicated that different-sources and zinc levels had no significant effects on the serum total protein,serum albumin and alkaline phosphatase（P0.05）.
