Castleman病三例 被引量：2

摘要 例1，男性，26岁。2008年2月初间断发热，伴有全身关节疼痛、乏力，体重减轻约3kg，抗炎治疗效果不佳。于2008年5月4日就诊本院。查体：左侧腋下、双侧颈部、腹股沟可触及多个淋巴结，大小（1．5—2．5）cm×（1．0～1．5）cm，质中，无压痛，表面光滑，活动度好，与周围组织无黏连。B超：全身浅表淋巴结可见（双腋窝淋巴结增大）；CT：肝脏饱满，脾大；骨髓穿刺结果：粒系增生明显活跃；骨髓病理检查提示：骨髓增生明显活跃组织像；
