基于遗传算法与仿真的偏置碰撞安全结构改进研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对某款在中国新车评价体系偏置碰撞试验中存在较大安全问题的国产车型,通过分析该车偏置碰撞形式下结构的设计缺陷,将试验设计、响应面模型、遗传算法相结合对车身前部安全性关键部件的厚度进行优化,通过改进对车身变形起关键作用部件的结构特征,实现汽车前舱刚度的匹配,使整体结构合理变形。仿真结果表明,在兼顾正碰安全性与车身轻量化的前提下,优化设计与结构改进有效地提高了该车型的40%偏置碰撞安全性。 In order to solve the safety problem happened in a car offset impact test in C-NCAP,the limitation of vehicle body structure were analyzed.Using design of experiments and response surface models and genetic algorithm optimization technique into the safety structure thickness optimization,and improving a very important component’s configurable characteristics,the car’s front parts’stiffness was matched and made the deformation reasonably.The simulation results show that considering 100% front impact safety and vehicle body lightweight,the optimized design and modification improve effectively this kind of car’s 40%offset impact safety.
