摘要
在对Profibus总线协议深入分析的基础上,讨论了影响通信稳定性的主要因素,并结合工程实际对关键通信参数进行了优化。理论分析了目标轮转时间、最小从站间隔时间、站延迟时间等关键参数,导出了符合工程实际的参数设置公式,并利用建立的单冗余主站实验系统,通过公式对不同的参数进行调整优化,根据实验数据分析了实际报文,结果表明,对影响通信稳定性的关键参数进行优化,可有效提高Profibus总线单主站系统的工作效率。
On the basis of thoroughly analyzing protocol of Profibus, the main factors affecting the stability of communi- cation are discussed, and key communication parameters are optimized combined with actual project. Through theoretical analysis of the key parameters such as target rotation time, min-slave interval, delay time and so on, the realistic formula is derived. The different parameters are adjusted and optimized through the formula in a redundant single master station system. The actual message is analyzed according to the experimental data, the results show that optimization of the key parameters which affecting the stability of communication can improve the single master station system work more efficaciously.
