摘要
地方高等学校受各种不利因素影响,其生存空间日益狭窄,如何克服存在的困难,培养适用于地方经济与社会发展需要和具有地方高校特色的高层次人才成为地方普通高校必须解决的关键问题。以土木工程专业为例,尝试进行了地方高校特色人才培养的创新实践,对同类高校相关专业人才培养具有一定的参考价值。
The living space of regional universities is becoming narrower and narrower due to all kinds of unfavorable factors. The key problem for regional universities to solve is how to train the talents that have the characteristics of regional universities and suit the demands of the regional economic and social development. In this paper, the innovative practice of characteristic talents for civil engineering in regional universities has been proposed and thus has the referential value for the talents＇ training of similar universities.
