摘要
目前,研发污水厂污泥与城市生活垃圾的减量化、资源化技术显得尤为必要。在中温条件下,采用污泥/城市生活垃圾一体化反应器处理污泥,考察了对污泥的厌氧消化和浓缩效果及其影响因素。结果表明,在投配率为10%的条件下,排泥的VS/TS值由0.58~0.78下降到0.33~0.42,对有机物的去除率〉45%。在进泥含水率为98.6%~99.9%、容积负荷为0.65~1.31kg—COD/(m^3·d)时,反应器的浓缩效果良好,稳定后的排泥含水率在92%左右。
Now, it is especially important to study the reduction and reutilization of WWTP sludge and municipal solid waste. The integrated reactor of sewage sludge and municipal solid waste was used for sludge treatment at mesophilic temperature in order to investigate the influence factors and effects of anaerobic digestion and concentration of sewage sludge. The results indicate that when the feeding rate is 10%, the VS/TS drops from 0.58 -0.78 to 0.33 -0.42. The organic removal rate is more than 45%. When the water content of incoming sludge is 98.6% to 99.9% and the volume load is 0.65 to 1.31 kg- COD/(m^3 · d) , the water content of sludge discharged is about 92% which shows that the concentration effect of the reactor is good.
