SBBR处理不同C/N值城市污水的脱氮除磷性能 被引量:11

Performance of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal from Municipal Wastewater with Different C/N Ratios Using Sequencing Batch Biofilm Reactor

摘要 采用自主设计的混纺棉线填料序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)处理城市污水,控制水温为(25±1)℃、曝气量为150L/h,在C/N值为(8.04~11.85)、(4.59~6.12)、(3.21~4.09)的条件下分别运行了15、20、20d,对其脱氮除磷性能进行研究。结果表明:当C/N值为(8.04—11.85)、(4.59~6.12)、(3.21~4.09)时,对COD的平均去除率分别达到87.2%、92.3%、94.3%,对TP的平均去除率分别为96.0%、9,6.3%、96.7%,对TN的平均去除率分别为92.9%、67.3%、48.2%,对NH,~N的平均去除率分别为99.3%、99.7%、78.1%。可见,进水C/N值对去除COD和TP的影响较小,而对脱氮的影响较大,当C/N值低时脱氮效果较差。 The laboratory-scale fibre thread carrier sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) was developed to treat municipal wastewater with different C/N ratios. The performance of nitrogen and phos-phorus removal was investigated under different conditions of T = (25 + 1 )℃, aeration rate = 150 L/h , operation time = 15 d, 20 d and 20 d. When C/N ratios are 8.04 to 11.85, 4.59 to 6.12 and 3.21 to 4.09, the average removal rates of COD are 87.2%, 92.3% and 94.3%, those of TP are 96.0%, 96.3% and 96.7%, those of TN are 92.9%, 67.3% and 48.2%, and those of NH3 - N are 99.3%, 99.7% and 78.1%, respectively. The C/N ratios have little effect on the removal of COD and TP, while they have greater effect on the removal of nitrogen. When the C/N ratio is low, the removal efficiency of nitrogen is not remarkable.
