摘要
木材干燥和改性处理在木材加工工业中的地位日益重要,国内木材处理科研单位缺少实验基础上的理论研究,为此有必要设计一种具备多项功能的小型木材处理实验平台。该平台可进行应用较广泛的常规蒸汽干燥、高温干燥、真空干燥、木材改性和高温热处理等实验过程,得到所需相关数据,从而可为优化相应过程的程序、能耗、环境参数等提供参考。根据功能要求对试验机进行总体设计,设计包括罐体、加热、加湿、除湿、真空、电控等硬件系统的设计及其总体布置、功能参数设计、控制系统设计。采用模糊控制系统对干燥和热处理过程进行控制,提高了实验机的智能化程度。
This article analyses the importance of the current domestic wood drying and wood modification and the limitations of timber handling in the scientific research units,which propose the necessity of designing a dryer for testing which is multifunction but easy to operate.Features such as wood drying and multi-functional modification which the testing machine has are described,and then design is carried out according to the functional requirements.Designs include structural design of drying can,the general layout design of related components of heating,humidification,dehumidification,vacuum,and electric control system,the design of function parameters and the design of control system.The design uses fuzzy control system to control the process of drying and heat treatment which can improve the intelligence of the experimental machine.
