电控喷油器强度的有限元计算分析

摘要 喷油器是电控喷油系统中最基本、最关键的元件之一,它接受电子控制单元(ECU)发出的控制指令,完成喷油过程,以实现满足系统要求的各种不同喷油规律。由于喷油器的工作油压很高,为保证其工作的安全性和可靠性,检验其结构参数是否合理,有必要对其进行有限元强度计算。本文采用大型CAD软件I-DEAS Master SeriesTM,对喷油器体进行了强度计算和应变分析。对喷油器的结构参数和材料选择进行了调整和优化,为喷油器的结构设计和材料选用提供理论指导,提高设计成功率,降低开发成本。 The fuel injector is one of the key components of a fuel injection system,which receives instructions from ECU to complete injection process and achieve different injection rate.Since the injector works under high oil pressure,in order to guarantee the working safety and reliability,it is necessary to make finite element strength analysis of the injector.In this paper,CAD software I-DEAS Master SeriesTM is applied to make the injector body strength calculation and strain analysis.The structure parameters of the injector and material selection have been adapted and optimized for the injector,which provides a theoretical guidance for the structural design and material selection of the injector to improve the design success rate and reduce development costs.
