摘要
酸碱中和是炼油厂污水处理中的一重要环节,pH控制过程是一个大时滞、非线性的变化过程,并且难以建立精确的数学模型,传统PID难以达到良好的控制效果。本设计采用自调整因子的模糊控制器,能较好的处理pH控制过程中的大时滞、非线性,并具有较强的鲁棒性。
The neutral of the acid and alkali is a important link in the refinery sewage treatment,the pH controlled process is a big time lag,the misalignment change process,and very difficult to establishes the precise mathematical model,traditional PID is very difficult to achieve the good control effect.This design uses the fuzzy controller with the self-modulation integral divisor,good to process the big time lag,the misalignment of the pH controlled process,and has the strong robustness.
