摘要
传统的矿井提升机继电器-接触器电气控制系统,在安全运行、控制性能等方面存在许多不足,而提升机专用变频器具有运行效率高、控制性能好、节能效果明显等优点,在矿井提升机系统配套和改造中,应用越来越广泛。本文在对专用变频器性能、接口电路和主电路分析的基础上,对电控系统改造中专用变频器的接线、使用和控制、运行效果进行了阐述,以与同行共同商榷。
Traditional mine hoist relay-contactor electric control system,safe operation,control,performance,etc.there are many deficiencies,while the elevator has a special inverter high operational efficiency,control,performance,energy-saving effect significant,and so the advantages of upgrading in the mine machine system matching and transformation applied more widely.In this paper,the performance of the special inverter,interface circuit and main circuit analysis,based on the transformation of the electric control system dedicated inverter wiring,use and control,operating results are set forth in order with their peers for discussion.
