摘要
传统的应用型本科院校的人力资源管理存在很多不足,针对人才引进、日常管理和人才流动等问题,本文在应用型本科院校人力资源管理的人才引进机制、激励机制和完善人才成长环境方面进行了探讨,从而促进教师与学校共同发展。
There are many deficiencies in the human resource management of traditional application-oriented undergraduate college,such as the talent introduction,daily management and talent flow and so on.To solve those problems,the talent introduction mechanism,the incentive mechanism and perfecting talent growing environment of applied undergraduate college are explored.As a result,the teachers and the colleges would develop collectively.
