基于SIMPACK的五车跨装货物转向架合理高度研究 被引量:1

摘要 对于跨装货物运输,现行《铁路货物装载加固规则》中只规定了根据驼峰参数计算的货物转向架高度,当跨装车组不允许通过驼峰时,则计算出的货物转向架高度余量过大,增加了货物转向架的设计难度且有可能造成重车重心超高、上部超限等问题。文章根据我国的线路条件设置了竖曲线的最不利工况,利用动力学/运动学分析软件SIMPACK建立五车跨装车组模型,对车组通过凸形竖曲线和凹形竖曲线进行运动学仿真,得出各检算点相对车地板的最小距离,在考虑检算点处货物挠度及一定的安全裕量后得出高0.718m的货物转向架可以保证车组在运行中安全通过竖曲线。 Regulations of Loading and Securing of Railway Goods just have the formula for the height of the goods turning rack based on the parameters of the hump.If the wagons group can not run across the hump,the height of the goods turning rack determined by it would be too high to design,and it may lead the center of gravity of loaded wagon overheight and the top of the goods may be out-of-gauge,etc.The conditions of the rail track were studied and the most disadvantageous vertical curve was designed.Then,a model of the five wagons group in SIMPACK was set up,which was a dynamics kinematics software.The calculation gets the minimum distance between the calculating points and the wagons’ floor when wagons group passing through the vertical curve.The perfect height of the goods turning rack is 0.718m while considering the bending deflection of the goods and a certain allowance.This height can guarantee the safety of the wagons group passing through the vertical curve.
