摘要
本文在分析在个人绩效管理中引入平衡记分卡的意义的基础上,分别从财务维度、客户维度、内部流程、学习与成长四个层面中设计指标体系,以建立个人绩效管理平衡记分卡。最后对个人绩效管理的实施提出了几点建议。
This paper analyzed the meaning of using balanced scorecard in personal performance management,and then designed the indicators of personal performance management from the financial level,reader level,the internal process and the aspect of study and growing,then pointed out several suggestions on the implementation of personal performance management.
