摘要
文章在简要总结地勘单位投资管理中存在的主要问题的基础上，着重提出了地勘部门建立新的投资体制的总体目标和具体要求。
The paper briefly summarizes main problems in the investment management of geological prospecting units.It emphatically puts forwards the general target and concrete requirement of setting up new investment system.It shows some views about basic principal of investment policy-making.
