：文章论述了改革开放以来，地勘单位理财的三个方面变化，也提出了当前尚存在的三个方面问题，进而就如何搞好地勘单位财务管理。
The paper expounds three changes of financial operation of geological prospecting units since reform and opening.It puts forward three questions at the present,then, it gives three proposals for managing the finance of geological prospecting units well.
