摘要
文章对河北省文化产业的规模、结构、发展特点,以及河北省文化产业在全国的地位等进行了全面分析,并提出了河北省文化产业发展的相关对策:以文化产业体制改革促进文化产业的发展,以文化资源的有效开发为文化产业发展构建坚实的支撑,以科技和文化创新为文化产业的发展提供动力,以人力资源培育为文化产业发展提供智力保障等。
This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the scale, structure, development characteristics of cultural industry in Hebei Province and its status in the country, puts forward the following countermeasures： To promote cultural industries with the system reform of cultural industry, to build a solid support with the effective development of cultural resources, to provide the impetus with technological and cultural innovation, to provide intellectual guarantee with the cultivation of human resources, etc.
