八脉交会穴配合耳穴治疗心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征

The Treatment of Both Heart and Spleen Deficiency Type of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome by Eight Confluent Points with Ear Acupuncture

目的:通过观察针刺八脉交会穴配合耳穴治疗心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效,以探索八脉交会穴治疗慢性疲劳综合征的作用,寻找慢性疲劳综合征有效的治疗方法。方法:对符合诊断入选的30名患者采用简单随机对照法分为两组,治疗组为八脉交会穴配合耳穴治疗,对照组口服中药归脾汤加减。两组分别应用疲劳量表及疲劳评定量表进行评定对照。结果:八脉交会穴配耳穴治疗组总有效率为80%,归脾汤对照组总有效率为53.33%,经统计学处理,两组疗效有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用八脉交会穴配合耳穴治疗心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征疗效明显提高,方法简便值得推广。

Objective：To observe the eight confluent points with ear acupuncture to treat both heart and spleen deficiency type of chronic fatigue syndrome,in order to explore the effect of eight confluent points to treat chronic fatigue syndrome,and to search for effective treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.Methods：30 patients who meet the criteria for the diagnosis and were selected randomly by a simple randomized control method to divide into two groups,treatment group,eight confluent points with the ear treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome heart and spleen deficiency,the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Spleen Decoction.Two groups were assessed by fatigue Scale-14 and fatigue rating scale.Results：The total effective rate of eight confluent points with ear acupuncture was 80%;the total effective rate of decoction group was 53.33%,statistically,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Eight confluent points with the ear acupuncture for heart and spleen deficiency chronic fatigue syndrome,compared with traditional Chinese medicine Spleen Decoction treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome,is simple and worth promoting.
