针刺为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的研究现状及思考

The Research Status and Thoughts on Treatment of Acupuncture on Vertebral Artery-type Cervical Spondylosis

对近5年针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的针灸疗法就选穴、刺法、辅助针具及中西医结合手段等创新点及侧重方面进行整理并总结。结果显示以针刺疗法为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效是显著的;取穴多以颈夹脊为主,配合风府、风池、百会等穴;选用两种或多种疗法合用较为普遍,其中又以针灸加手法治疗居多。针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切,方式多样,且副作用小,安全性高。

The article reviews and concludes literature of recent 5 years on various acupuncture treatment on Vertebral Artery-type Cervical Spondylosis,from the point of acupoint selection,insertion method,etc.It is held that acupuncture treatment of Vertebral Artery-type Cervical Spondylosis is effective,with little side-effect and high safety.But some problems are urgent to be solved.
