胶布环绕包扎对肢体压力影响的离体模拟实验研究

In vitro research of pressures on limbs by using different kinds of surgical adhesive tapes wrapping the limbs with different folds

目的离体模拟实验观察4种材质、1～3个皱褶胶布环绕包扎时对肢体压力的影响,以明确胶布环绕肢体包扎的安全性。方法将塑料胶布、纸质胶布、布质胶布、丝质胶布裁成宽1.0cm备用。将胶布环绕橡胶指套1周,其间分别捏起1～3个3mm皱褶,利用血压计分别测量皱褶完全打开时的压力。比较同材质胶布不同皱褶对肢体的压力影响以及同皱褶不同材质胶布对肢体压力的影响。结果同材质胶布中布质胶布和丝质胶布在2褶时失效压力最小,分别为(6.73±0.60)kPa和(7.15±0.95)kPa。不同材质胶布中2褶的布质胶布、丝质胶布的失效压力显著低于塑料、纸质胶布(均P<0.05)。其余组间失效压力比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论在需要使用胶布环绕包扎肢体时使用2褶的丝质或布质胶布最为安全。

Objective To measure the pressures on limbs by using 4 different kinds of surgical tapes wrapping limbs with 1-3 folds,and to find out safe wrapping methods.Methods Four different kinds of surgical tapes（plastic tape,paper tape,cotton tape and silk tape）were prepared with the same width of 1.0 cm.Then the tapes were used to wrap around the pressure test device and made one,two or three 3-mm-wide folds during the wrap respectively.When the folds were unfolded the pressures were tested and recorded separately.The pressure produced by using the same tape wrapping around limbs with different folds,and pressure produced by using different tapes wrapping around limbs with same number of folds were compared.Results In four kinds of tapes,the failure pressures of the cotton and the silk surgical tapes wrapping around limbs with 2 folds were the lowest,with the pressure being 6.73±0.60 kPa and 7.15±0.95 kPa respectively,which were significantly lower than the failure pressures produced by using plastic and paper surgical tapes（P〈 0.05 for all）.The differences between any other two groups were not significant（P〉 0.05 for all）.Conclusion It is the most safe way to wrap the limbs with either two-fold cotton or silk surgical tapes.
