Discussion on the Development and Management of Library’s Human Resource

随着知识经济的到来,人力资源的开发与管理,成为图书馆研究的重要课题。简要论述了图书馆人力资源管理的现状与存在的问题,提出了今后图书馆人力资源开发与管理的对策。

Along with the coming of knowledge economy, the development and management of human resource has become an important topic of the research on the library. This paper briefly discusses the present situation of and problems existing in library’s human resource management, and puts forward some countermeasures for the future development and management of library’s human resource.
