摘要
从工作实际出发,分析了培养馆员树立为读者服务的正确态度的问题,提出了提升图书馆服务质量的措施以及今后高校图书馆的努力方向。
Starting from the working practice, This paper makes the analysis on the problem of cultivating the librarians to establish a correct attitude of serving the readers, and puts forward some measures for improving the quality of library service and the future development direction of university library.
