摘要
论述了采矿权流转的概念和意义,分析了我国采矿权流转制度存在的问题,提出了我国采矿权流转制度完善的措施。
This paper discusses the concept and significance of mining right transfer, analyzes some problems existing in China’s mining right transfer system, and puts forward some measures for improving China’s mining right transfer system.
