摘要
技术联盟作为提高技术创新能力的有效策略，目前正在被国外许多企业广泛采用。我国目前也开始出现企业技术联盟的现象。本文对企业技术联盟的类型及发展特征进行了分析．并指出了我国企业在进行技术联盟活动中存在的问题及解决问题的策略。
As an effective tactics for promoting technological innovation in enterprise.technological coordination is now adopted expansively in many foreign cooperations. Today China has also Started the phenomenon of technological coordination in enterprises. This article analyses the models and developing characteristics of technological coordination in enterprises and points out the problems in technological coordinating actions in China's enterprises and the tactics for solving them.
