健康教育和健康行为干预对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响

Treatment compliance on diabetic under health education and action interpose

目的探讨健康教育和健康行为干预对糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响。方法通过筛选100名对照组糖尿病患者与100名观察组糖尿病患者在3、6、12月后健康知识、健康行为、糖尿病控制和用药依从性情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者在3、6、12月后遵医用药行为方面明显优于对照组。结论健康教育和健康行为干预对糖尿病患者治疗依从性具有协同影响,可以显著降低糖尿病并发症发生率。

Objective To find out the influence of health education and behavior intervention on diabetics.Method 100 diabetics were selected as the control group and other 100 diabetics as the observation group.The two groups were compared with each other in the aspects of health knowledge health behavior,the control of diabetes and drug dependence in 3,6 and 12 months respectively.Results The performance of the observation group in adhering to doctor’s instruction was obviously better than that of the control group.Conclusion Health education and health behavior intervention had a good effect on the cure of dependence and the decrease of the complication caused by diabetes.
