Building structural model of the modern tort law image,which through the inspection of social changet,ransformation of value ideals of tort law,there are obvious significance.Compared with the traditional tort law,contemporary tort law should be open and systematic： on the pairs of damage to the relief of the rights and interests,it reflects a trend that contains a external syn-thesis and internal agility;and it calls for tort law to conduct an internal and external integration.
