摘要
克拉维酸是目前发现的最优秀的β-内酰胺酶抑制剂,其与β-内酰胺类抗生素组成的复合制剂,被广泛用于对抗产β-内酰胺酶耐药菌的感染。国内、外对如何提高克拉维酸的发酵水平一直在不断的探索,本文从产生菌的改良、培养基的优化及发酵工艺的改进等方面主要对国内外近5年来发表的有关提高克拉维酸发酵产量的文献进行了综述。
Clavulanic acid was a potent β-1actamase inhibitor used to combat resistance to penicillin and cephalosporin antibiotics. There was a demand for high-yielding fermentation strains for industrial production of this valuable product. The advancements in strain improvement, optimization of medium compositions, as well as fermentative strategies were reviewed.
