我国农民工体育权利实现的研究

Implementation of Sports Rights of Peasant-workers

维护农民工体育权利,实际是在维护整个社会的利益、法律和正义,也是建设和谐社会发展的客观要求。研究表明:农民工体育权利需要一定的实现条件,实现过程中在观念意识、制度、法律及管理等方面存有诸多的障碍,因此提出转变错误意识、转变城市主位、采用多种体育模式、形成农民工体育利益集团及构建农民工体育权利法律救济制度等具体构想,以完善和拓宽农民工体育权利的表达渠道,进一步促进农民工体育权利的早日实现。

To protect the sports rights of peasant-workers is actually to safeguard the interests,laws,justice of the whole community and to meet the objective demand of developing a harmonious society. Studies show that there must be a certain foreground for the implementation of peasant-workers＇ sports rights as the result of some obstacles from social conscious- ness,system support,law enforcement,and administrative factors. Therefore, some specific propositions are put forward in this paper like changing the false consciousness and the thought of urban orientation, adopting diversified sporting modes, founding organizations for the sports interests of peasant-workers and constituting the legal remedy mechanism for their sports rights with the intention that the channels for upholding their rights can be improved and expanded in the hope of further promoting the early reality of peasant-workers＇ sports rights.
