影响中超联赛改革因素的分析

中超联赛是我国足球最高赛事。其定位应该是提高我国的足球运动水平,培养新时期足球人才和丰富人们的精神生活。但目前联赛并不具有这样的作用和地位。联赛的发展离足球改革的目标相差甚远。针对改革出现的状况,运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法对中超联赛改革因素进行分析与研究。结果表明:①管理体制问题是影响中超联赛健康发展的最主要因素。②尊重不同参与主体自身权益,建立良好的联赛市场体系。③解决俱乐部经济利益最大化和社会效益最大化是研究中超联赛发展的核心问题。④政府对中超联赛缺乏管理和监督,是导致中超联赛混乱的重要原因。⑤后备人才的缺乏是制约中超联赛发展的主要因素。

Chinese Super League is the most important domestic soccer competitions in China. It should be positioned to enhance our level of football, train soccer talent in the new period and enrich people＇ s spiritual life. But the league does not currently have such a role and status. Development is far away from the goal of the football league reform. For the reform scenarios, document, questionnaires were used to analyze and study the CSL reform factors. The result shows that： 1. Management system is the most important factor that affects the healthy development of Chinese Super League. 2. Rights and interests of the different subjects must be respected in the League to establish a good market system. 3. Solution to maximize economic benefits and social benefits of the club is the core issue to the development of Super League. 4. The lack of government control and supervision is an important reason for confusion of Super League. 5. The lack of talent is main constraints factor for the development of Super League.
