对沈阳体育学院教师教学工作量的分析与思考 被引量:3

摘要 高等学校教师过重的工作负荷既不利于教师的发展,也不利于学校的长期持续发展,显然与科学发展观相悖。从沈阳体育学院教师2009年教学工作量的统计资料入手,对各类教学任务的比重及其分布加以分析,试图对教师的教学工作负荷给出尽可能清晰、完整的描述。结果显示,教师承担的教学任务十分繁重,多数教师实际完成的工作量远远超过了规定任务;教师的教学工作量分配不均衡,各级各类教师、各教研室之间工作量差别很大;学院应该从优化管理、制度建设和人员配置等多方面着手,缓解教师教学工作的压力。 In Shenyang Sport University,teachers' heavy working load goes against teachers' development, as well as against the long-term sustained development of our university itself, and it obviously runs counter to the scientific thoughts of development. Starting with the statistical information of teachers' working load in Shenyang Sport University in 2009, the author of this paper makes an analysis on the proportion and the distribution of every kind of teaching tasks, trying to describe teachers' actual working load clearly and completely. The results show that teachers' working load is terribly heavy, and most of the teachers' actual working load surpassing the prescribed missions; the distribution of teachers' teaching load is imbalance and there are many differences among the teachers of different levels and from different offices; the institute should think about how to relieve teachers' pressures from the optimized management, the system construction and the personnel allocation, and so on.
