摘要
荆门换流站接地极工程玻璃钢构架是国内首次应用玻璃钢复合材料的变电构架。为掌握玻璃钢构架的受力特点并检验节点连接的合理性,对玻璃钢构架进行了预加载、正常和超载工况下的力学试验,测定相应工况下玻璃钢构架的位移。试验结果表明,玻璃钢应用于变电构架具有可行性、合理性和安全性,并已经成功应用于实际工程中。本成果为推广玻璃钢构架应用提供了理论和实践依据。
The glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP) gantry for the earth electrode of Jingmen converter station is the first switchyard gantry in our country that uses GFRP composite materials.In order to understand the loading characters of GFRP gantry and to test the rationality of joint connections,mechanical test was conducted for GFRP gantry under preliminary load,design load and over load,and the corresponding gantry displacements were measured.The test results show that it is feasible,rational and safe to apply GFRP composite materials to switchyard gantry.The GFRP gantry has been successfully applied to practical engineering.This test result offers a theoretical and practical basis for application of GFRP gantry.
