输电线路世界第一高塔钢管混凝土施工技术 被引量:4

Steel Tube Concrete Construction Technology of the Highest Transmission Tower in the World

摘要 220 kV舟山与大陆联网工程2基370 m高塔在国内输电线路高塔设计中首次采用钢管混凝土结构,灌注总高度达212.8 m,而常规的钢管混凝土灌注方法无法实施。针对高塔结构特点,并结合现有灌注方法,创新提出了泵送导管浇灌法。详细总结了该高塔钢管混凝土施工的关键技术,包括混凝土泵送设备的选型,混凝土泵管、泵送导管、施工平台的设置,混凝土的制备和输送,混凝土灌注,混凝土防漏、养护及灌注质量检查等,为高塔钢管混凝土结构设计的推广应用提供参考。 The steel tube concrete structure was firstly applied in China in two 370-meter-high towers(the highest in the world) of the 220 kV transmission line project connecting Zhoushan Island and the mainland.The total concreting height is up to 212.8 meters,which cannot be achieved by regular steel tube concreting method.An innovated pumping conduit concreting method was proposed based on the structural features of the high towers and existing concreting methods.This paper summarizes the key construction technologies of steel tube concreting,including selection concrete-pumping equipment,installation of concrete-pumping pipe,pumping conduit and construction platform,preparation and conveyance of concrete,concreting,concrete leakage prevention,concrete curing and concreting quality inspection,which can be referred for application of the steel tube concrete structure in high towers.
