叶酸联合甲氨蝶呤对类风湿关节炎患者心血管并发症预防的作用观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨叶酸联合甲氨蝶呤对类风湿关节炎患者心血管并发症预防的作用。方法选取68例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为对照组(甲氨蝶呤组)34例和观察组(叶酸联合甲氨蝶呤组)34例,比较总有效率、心血管并发症发生率及治疗前后血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、内皮素1(ET-1)、血管内皮细胞粘附分子1(VCAM-1)水平。结果两组治疗总有效率差异无显著性,而观察组心血管并发症低于对照组,血清Hcy、VCAM-1、ET-1水平低于对照组,差异均有显著性。结论叶酸联合甲氨蝶呤对类风湿关节炎患者心血管并发症预防的作用明显,对心血管事件发生的预防有积极的意义。
