摘要 川西稀土矿泥氯化后水浸液中,稀土含量较低,可借助环烷酸萃取法分离出稀土元素。水浸液组成复杂,导致环烷酸易乳化流失,故萃取前需除杂。着重讨论用高锰酸钾除铁的机理和实验控制条件。 Rare earth elements in the aqueous leaching liquor of chlorinated mine mud from Sichuan West is of lower content, they can be separated by naphthenic acid extraction. The aqueous leaching liquor possesses complicated components so that the naphthenic acid is emulsified and will be lost in the extraction. Therefore it is indispensable to remove the impurities before extraction. The mechanism of removal of iron by the use of potassium permanganate and the control condition of experiments are discussed.
