摘要
介绍了利用邻硝基苯甲醛生产中产生的副产物邻硝基苯甲酸,在氯化铵存在下,经硫化碱还原制备邻氨基苯甲酸的生产方法,采用离子交换和石灰处理产生的废液,回收邻硝基苯甲酸和氯化氨,使废液循环利用,不仅减少了有毒废水的排放而造成环境污染,还实现了良好的经济效益。
With NH 4Cl and Na 2S as reducing agent, the preparation of o aminobenzoic acid from o nitrobenzoic acid, which is the by product in the preparation of o nitrobenzaldehyde was studied. The waste liquor from the preparation was treated by ion exchange and addition of lime to recover NH 4Cl and o nitrobenzoic acid. The treated effluent was recycled to the production process. It not only eliminates the pollution caused by the waste liquor, but also realizes better economic benefit.
