探讨ITI螺旋柱状种植体周龈下菌群的变化

Study on the Changes of Subgingival Microfloral in ITI^R Dental Implants

目的了解种植体龈下菌群构成变化与种植体周围组织炎的关系。方法观察42枚ITI种植体植入术后2年内种植体周龈下细菌构成变化以及相关临床指标。结果种植体植入术后1、3、6个月的龈下球菌比值降低,螺旋体、梭形菌比值增高,杆菌比值差异无显著性统计学意义,术后12、24个月,球菌、杆菌、梭形菌和螺旋体菌的比值接近术前水平,临床菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数高者,种植体周龈下细菌球菌的比值较低,梭形菌、螺旋体的比值较高。结论早期进行口腔卫生指导和定期进行细菌学检测,对预防种植体周围的炎症发生,提高种植义齿成功率等方面,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the peri-implant inflammation and the changes of subgingival microfloral.Methods 42 ITIR implants were included in this study.The changes of subgingival microbion and the clinical periodontal index after implanting were detected.Results In 1、3、6 months after implanting,the rate of coccus was discreased and the rate of spirilla and fusiform increased.The rate of bacillus had not changed obviously.The rate of those four kinds of bacteria were simiarly to the baseline records after 12、24 months,The rate of coccus was lower and the rates of spirilla and fusiform were higher in the cases of the clinical plague index and sulcus bleeding index were higher.Conclusions Oral hygiene instruction and timer bacteria examination are necessary to get successful implanting.
