摘要
目的探讨脑发育性静脉异常(developmental venous anomaly,DVA)的MR I表现及诊断价值。方法回顾分析5例脑DVA的MR I资料,并复习近年有关文献,探讨脑DVA的MR I表现及其在诊断脑DVA中的价值。5例脑发育性静脉异常MR I分别行平扫或平扫加对比增强MRA(contrast enhancement MRA,CE-MRA)。结果小脑1例,额叶3例,颞叶1例。典型者引流静脉显示长T1短T2低信号流空影,髓静脉网呈长T1长T2信号。增强扫描呈"海蛇头"样表现,即多支细小扩张的髓静脉呈辐射状向1条或2条引流静脉汇聚。结论 MR I不仅可明确诊断DVA,而且无创、无辐射,为目前诊断脑DVA的最佳影像学方法 。
Objective To study brain development venous anomaly(developmental venous anomaly,DVA) of MRI manifestations and diagnostic value.Methods We reviewed five cases of DVA's MRI brain data,and reviewed the literature in recent years,MRI of cerebral DVA's performance and its value in the diagnosis of cerebral DVA.5 cases of abnormal brain development venous line scan or MRI were plain and contrast enhancement MRA(CE-MRA).Results Cerebellum in 1 case,3 cases of frontal lobe,temporal lobe in 1.Typical drainage veins were long T1 T2 low signal flow void short film,medullary venous network elongated T1,T2 signal.Enhanced scan showed "sea snake heads" kind of performance that more than a small expansion of the medullary veins branch radiating to one or two draining veins together.Conclusion MRI not only could diagnose the DVA,and non-invasive,no radiation,for the diagnosis of brain DVA currently the best imaging method.
