基于功效和物质基础的黄药子毒性研究进展

Based on Efficacy and Material Base of Toxicity Research Progress

目的为研究黄药子功效和物质基础与毒性的相关性,提供文献依据和研究思路。方法对黄药子历代文献古籍及近十几年来国内相关文献进行整理、分析和归纳。结果历代文献古籍对黄药子功效的认识基本一致,对其毒性的认知却不尽相同。黄药子在临床使用中可产生多种不良反应,薯蓣皂苷、黄药子素是其主要毒性物质基础。结论目前黄药子针对功效、物质基础和毒性的研究都是孤立的,彼此之间缺少关联性。应该在功效表达和物质基础分离过程中进行毒性研究,并对其毒性物质基础进行合理控制,为临床安全用药提供依据。

Objective To supply the literature accordings and thinking way for efficacy and material base of airpotato yam.Methods The acient and rencent literatures were studied and analyzed retrospectively.Results All literatures had similar points on efficacy of airpotato yam but the varied awareness on its toxicity.It had many side effects as dioscin airpotato yam.Conclusion Recent studies on its function,material base and toxicity were isolated that lack of relative study.The study on its efficacy and material base of toxicity and reasonable management could supply the accordings in clinic.
