孔源性视网膜脱离对侧眼的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Contralateral Eye for Patients with Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment

目的探讨孔源性视网膜脱离对侧眼检查治疗的临床意义。方法回顾性分析本院2005-01~2009-06间,收治的102例孔源性视网膜脱离对侧眼的眼底改变和治疗情况。结果 102例患者中,对侧眼发生视网膜脱离3例,具有格子样变性者26例,其中合并干性裂孔者5例,单纯囊样变性或其它变性者8例。3例视网膜脱离患者行巩膜外冷凝加压环扎术,26例格子样变性者行激光光凝封闭视网膜变性区及裂孔。经3个月~2年随访,未发生新的视网膜脱离情况。结论孔源性视网膜脱离患者对侧眼发生视网膜变性或孔源性视网膜脱离的危险性高,所以应对每位视网膜脱离患者对侧眼认真检查,必要时采取预防性的治疗,能有效地降低孔源性视网膜脱离的发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of contralateral eye examination and treatment for patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2005 to June 2009 admitted 102 cases of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in the contralateral eye fundus changes and treatment.Results 102 patients in the contralateral eye 3 cases of retinal detachment with lattice degeneration,26 cases,including combined dry hole in 5 cases,simple degeneration cystic degeneration or other 8 cases.3 cases of RD were treated with Cryosurgery compression cerclage,26 cases of lattice degeneration underwent laser photocoagulation of retinal degeneration area and hole closed.After 3 months to 2 years follow-up,no new incident cases of retinal detachment.Conclusion Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients′ fellow eyes in a high risk of retinal degeneration or retinal detachment.for each patient a contralateral eye should be carefully examined,if necessary,to take preventive treatment that could effectively reduce the incidence of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.
