摘要
本文以层析聚酰胺膜为基质,用乙酸锂作增强剂,建立了测定痕量中草药有效成分橙皮甙的固体表面延迟荧光法。该法取样量少(2μL),线性范围宽(1.22~610.5ng/spot),灵敏度高(检测限为0.024ng/spot)。
The solid surface
delayed fluorescence of hesperidin using polyamide membrane as substrate is given.
Various factors effecting on SS\|DF intensity including substrate,pH conditions, drying
temperature were studied in detail. The excitation wavelength is 290 nm (weak), 376
nm(strong), and the emission wavelength is 440 nm, 475 nm(should peak).The linear
dynamic ranges (LDR) is 1.22 ̄610ng /spot, and the limit of detection (LOD) is 0.024ng/spot.
