通过实施体检客户关系管理系统,提升了民众的自我保健意识,提高了体检客户的满意度,实现了社会效益和经济效益的双丰收。但要成功实施该系统,医院决策层的支持和推动是关键,组织结构的有效整合是基础,招募到合适的营销人员是必要条件。
By implementing the client relationship management system,the public's self care consciousness is improved,client's satisfaction is promoted and social benefits and economic benefits have been achieved as well.Hospital decision makers' support and promotion,effectively integrated organization structure and suitable marketing staff are necessity conditions to implement client relationship system.
